Claims or request for returns must be submitted by email with in 30 days upon receipt of model. Please do not return any model without an authorization number Models must be returned in original shipping carton and in original/new condition. No refunds or exchanges on custom ordered models. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is determined to be our mistake.
Sales receipt must accompany the model you are returning.
